Chicken Fillet with Pineapple a-la Chinese
This is a fast sour-sweet dish in the manner of Chinese food. Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken fillet
- 2 medium carrot
- 3 bell pepper
- 2 small onions
- 3 slices garlic
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2-3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp dark brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Chop garlic. Cut chicken, onions, bell pep into cubes, slice carrots.
- Put garlic into heated pan. Add oil. fry a little.
- Add chicken. Right after chicken add onions. Fry until chicken get white.
- Add pepper and carrots. Fry for 3 minutes stirring gently.
- Add soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sugar. Fry for 5 mins.
- Serve with rice or noodle.
