Chicken Cacciatore Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb Grnd chicken or possibly turkey
- 1 c. Seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 jar Chicken Tonight Cooking Sauce for Chicken Cacciatore Warm, cooked spaghetti
Directions
- In a large bowl, thoroughly combine grnd chicken, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Large eggs, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Form into 1 1/2" meatballs.
- In a large skillet, thoroughly brown meatballs on all sides in vegetable oil; drain fat. Add in sauce. Simmer, covered, 20 to 25 min or possibly till meatballs are thoroughly cooked. Serve over warm, cooked spaghetti.
