  • Chicken Broccoli Noodle Casserole

    Ingredients

    • 6 ounce Uncooked wide egg noodles
    • 1 x 12 oz whole boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1/2-inch pcs
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1/4 tsp Pepper
    • 1 sm Onion, minced
    • 1 sm Red bell pepper, seeded, minced
    • 1 jar Green Giant sliced mushrooms (4.5 ounce), liquid removed
    • 1 can (11 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
    • 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
    • 1 tsp Dry mustard
    • 2 c. Green Giant frzn broccoli cuts from 1-poundpkg.

    Directions

    1. Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; set aside.
    2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat till warm. Add in chicken, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms; cook and stir 5 to 8 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink.
    3. Stir in soup, lowfat milk and mustard; cook till mix begins to bubble. Add in broccoli; cook and stir 2 to 3 min or possibly till thoroughly heated. Stir in cooked noodles; heat thoroughly.
