Chicken Broccoli Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 ounce Uncooked wide egg noodles
- 1 x 12 oz whole boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1/2-inch pcs
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 sm Onion, minced
- 1 sm Red bell pepper, seeded, minced
- 1 jar Green Giant sliced mushrooms (4.5 ounce), liquid removed
- 1 can (11 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 2 c. Green Giant frzn broccoli cuts from 1-poundpkg.
Directions
- Cook noodles to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; set aside.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat till warm. Add in chicken, onion, bell pepper and mushrooms; cook and stir 5 to 8 min or possibly till chicken is no longer pink.
- Stir in soup, lowfat milk and mustard; cook till mix begins to bubble. Add in broccoli; cook and stir 2 to 3 min or possibly till thoroughly heated. Stir in cooked noodles; heat thoroughly.
