Chicken Breasts In Wine Sauce
Ingredients
- 12 boned chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 T flour
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 c. Sauterne wine
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
Directions
- Place chicken breasts in a flat, greased baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Put together lowfat sour cream, soup, flour, and wine. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and almonds. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Baste with drippings. Make an extra recipe of sauce. It's good on potatoes, rice, or possibly noodles.
