Ingredients

  • 12 boned chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 T flour
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c. Sauterne wine
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds

Directions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a flat, greased baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Put together lowfat sour cream, soup, flour, and wine. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and almonds. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Baste with drippings. Make an extra recipe of sauce. It's good on potatoes, rice, or possibly noodles.
