Chicken And Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast or possibly 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 pack yellow saffron rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
- 3/4 c. water
Directions
- Grease 13"x9"x2" pan and put in rice. Pour 1 c. water over rice. Put chicken on top of rice. Next pour soup over chicken. You may add in 1 small can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed, if you desire. Pour 3/4 c. water over top and cook 1 1/2 hrs at 325 to 350 degrees.
