    Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

    Full of chocolate and peanut buttery goodness, these chewy brownies are sure to be a hit at your house.

    Ingredients

    • ¾ cup (1 ½ sticks) butter, melted
    • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1 ¾ cups sugar
    • 2 tsp. vanilla
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
    • ½ tsp. baking powder
    • ¼ tsp. salt
    • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 13 x 9 baking dish.
    2. In a large bowl, combine butter and peanut butter with an electric mixer at low speed for 3 minutes or until well blended.
    3. Add sugar and vanilla; beat until blended.
    4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt just until blended.
    5. Reserve 1 ¾ cups batter. Stir cocoa into remaining batter.
    6. Spread chocolate batter in prepared pan. Top with reserved batter.
    7. Bake 30 minutes or until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
