  • Cherry Cheese Pie

    Ingredients

    • 1 x 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust or possibly baked pastry shell
    • 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 can (14-ounce) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk (not evaporated lowfat milk)
    • 1/3 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
    • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
    • 1 can (21-ounce) cherry pie filling, chilled

    Directions

    1. In large mixer bowl beat cheese till fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed lowfat milk till smooth. Stir in ReaLemon brand and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Refrigerate3 hrs or possibly till set. Top with desired amount of pie filling before serving. Chill leftovers.
    2. Strawberry Cheese Pie: Omit cherry pie filling. Top with 1 qt fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled, and 1 (16-ounce) package prepared strawberry glaze, chilled.
    3. BRAND CONDENSED Lowfat milk"
