    USING ORGANIC CORNMEAL AND OTHER INGREDIENTS. OIL A 12 MUFFIN TIN CONTAINER AND USE PAPER LINERS. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 350 DEGREES FOR 25 MINS.

    Ingredients

    • 1/3 CUP ORGANIC CORNMEAL
    • 1/3 CUP ORGANIC BROWN SUGAR
    • 1/3 CUP ORGANIC MILLET FLOUR
    • 1 CUP ORGANIC PASTRY FLOUR
    • 1/4 CUP ORGANIC WHEAT FLOUR OR WHEAT GERM
    • 3/4 TEAS. SEA SALT
    • 1 CUP ORGANIC GROUND ALMONDS, OR NUTS OF CHOICE
    • 1 TEAS. ORGANIC BAKING SODA
    • 1 CUP ORGANIC RASINS
    • 2 ORGANIC EGGS, BEATEN
    • 1 CUP ORGANIC YOGURT
    • 1 TEAS. ORGANIC VANILLA EXTRACT
    • 1/3 CUP ORGANIC OLIVE OIL

    Directions

    1. MIX DRY INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL.
    2. IN A SEPARATE BOWL, BEAT EGGS, ADD YOGURT, VANILLA, & OLIVE OIL AND CONTINUE TO BEAT.
    3. STIR INTO DRY INGREDIENTS JUST UNTIL MOISTENED.
    4. FILL OILED AND PAPER LINED MUFFIN TIN, 2/3 FULL.
    5. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN 350 DEGREES FOR 25 MINS.
