Chef Jamie's Spinach Salad
Ingredients
- 1 x Pre-packaged bag baby spinach leaves, pre-washed
- 4 ounce Crumbled blue cheese
- 2 x Granny smith apples - peeled, cored and sliced
- 1/2 c. Walnuts, tosated
- 3 Tbsp. Sherry wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
- Place the spinach leaves, cheese, apples and walnuts in a large salad bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together the vinegar and dijon. Slowly add in the oil, whisking constantly. Season the dressing with salt and pepper. Toss the salad with the dressing. Serve immediately.
- Serves 4.
