- 1 Can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom or possibly celery soup 1/2 c. lowfat milk dash pepper 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine dash paprika
- Blend soup, lowfat milk, and pepper. In 1 1/2-quart. casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, sauce, and cheese. Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Cover; bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
- Uncover; bake 15 min more or possibly till done.
