Scalloped Potatoes And Ham For 200
Ingredients
- 8 boxes dry scalloped potatoes
- 2 gallons lowfat milk, heated
- 2 gallons water
- 8 to 10 pound diced ham
- 6 cans cheddar cheese soup, diluted with lowfat milk
Directions
- Use 3 electric roasters. Mix all ingredients and divide between roasters. Bake for 2 hrs at 350 degrees. Last hour turn heat down to 250 to 300 degrees. If they become too dry, add in a little more hot lowfat milk.
