  • Cheesy Roast Beef Wraps

    Ingredients

    • Cheesy Dipping Sauce (below)
    • 1/4 c. Mustard
    • 6 x Garden vegetable-flavored flour tortillas ( 8"dia.)
    • 3/4 lb Thinly sliced cooked roast beef
    • 1 c. Lightly packed spinach leaves
    • 1 med Bell pepper, cut into strips
    • 1 jar (16 ounce.) process cheese spread
    • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
    • 4 med Green onions, sliced (1/2 c)

    Directions

    1. Prepare cheesy dipping sauce.
    2. Spread 2 ts. mustard over each tortilla. Top with roast beef, spinach and bell pepper.
    3. Roll up tortillas. Serve with sauce. 6 servings.
    4. Cheesy Dipping Sauce: Heat cheese spread and lowfat milk in 1 1/2 qt saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, till smooth. Stir in onions. Serve hot.
