Cheesy Roast Beef Wraps
Ingredients
- Cheesy Dipping Sauce (below)
- 1/4 c. Mustard
- 6 x Garden vegetable-flavored flour tortillas ( 8"dia.)
- 3/4 lb Thinly sliced cooked roast beef
- 1 c. Lightly packed spinach leaves
- 1 med Bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 jar (16 ounce.) process cheese spread
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 4 med Green onions, sliced (1/2 c)
Directions
- Prepare cheesy dipping sauce.
- Spread 2 ts. mustard over each tortilla. Top with roast beef, spinach and bell pepper.
- Roll up tortillas. Serve with sauce. 6 servings.
- Cheesy Dipping Sauce: Heat cheese spread and lowfat milk in 1 1/2 qt saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, till smooth. Stir in onions. Serve hot.
