Cheesy Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 package Oredia Southern Style Hash Browns
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350
- Put the potatoes in a glass casserole dish
- Melt the butter and pour it over the potatoes
- Pour the heavy cream over the potatoes
- Spread the cheese over the potatoes
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to let the cheese get golden brown
