Cheesy Chicken And Broccoli Mac
Ingredients
- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 can (13-3/4 ounce.) ready-to-serve chicken broth
- 1 pkt (7 ounce.) elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 3/4 lb (12 ounce.) VELVEETA Process Cheese Spread, cut up
- 1 pkt (10 ounce.) frzn minced broccoli, thawed and liquid removed
Directions
- COOK and stir chicken (2 min or possibly till no longer pink) in large skillet coated with no stick cooking spray.
- STIR in broth. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8 to 10 min or possibly till macaroni is tender.
- Add in Velveeta and broccoli; stir till Velveeta is melted.
- Prep Time: 10 min.
- Cooking Time: 15 min.
