Cheesy Broccoli Soup
Ingredients
- 3 x Potatoes
- 3 x Carrots
- 1 pkt (10-ounce) frzn broccoli (or possibly equivalent fresh, partially cooked)
- 1 can Cream of celery or possibly chicken soup
- 1/2 lb Velveeta Lowfat milk
Directions
- Dice potatoes and carrots. In a 3-quart. pan, put carrots on to cook first in about 2-3 c. of water. Add in potatoes after about 5 min. Cook till almost done, adding water if needed. Add in broccoli and cook till almost tender. Stir in soup and then Velveeta. Heat till cheese melts. Add in lowfat milk if needed for desired consistency. Heat through.
