Cheese & Mac Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce) elbow macaroni
- 1 c. diced cheddar cheese
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1 lg. tomato, diced
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Mix macaroni, cheese, celery, onion and green pepper. Blend mayonnaise, salt, garlic pwdr, dry mustard and pepper. Toss macaroni with dressing. Cover and refrigerate. When ready to serve, fold in diced tomato and serve.
