Cheese Burger Hot Pocket

- 1 Lb Ground beef
- 1 Small Onion- Small Diced
- 2 Cups Mushrooms- Sliced-Optional
- 1/4 Cup Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Ketchup
- 3 Pickles- Small Diced
- 1 cup cheddar- Small diced or shredded
- 1/4 Cup Cheese whiz-i used home made
- 1 Tbsp Garlic-minced
- a Dash of Black Pepper
- 3 Dashes hot Sauce
- 1 Batch Pizza or Bread Dough
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Garlic butter- Optional
Directions
- In a Pan on Medium heat. Saute Onion and Mushrooms til Tender and all liquid is gone.
- Add the cheese whiz, garlic, hot sauce, black pepper, mustard, ketchup, and pickles.
- Stir and Remove from heat.
- Cool 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 350.
- Add the cheddar cheese. mix in.
- Divide the dough. 1 oz balls works well. or if you want bigger. make them bigger.
- Flatten into disks. Put a tbsp or two of the meat mixture into the center. Brings the edges up and slightly over lap on each other. gently pressing down to deal.
- Flip over with Seam facing down on baking sheet.
- Brush with Garlic butter.
- Bake 15 Minutes
