    A tasty cheese burger with hints of mustard, ketchups and pickles. great to for lunches for kids at school. and way better then the store bought.

    Ingredients

    • 1 Lb Ground beef
    • 1 Small Onion- Small Diced
    • 2 Cups Mushrooms- Sliced-Optional
    • 1/4 Cup Mustard
    • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
    • 3 Pickles- Small Diced
    • 1 cup cheddar- Small diced or shredded
    • 1/4 Cup Cheese whiz-i used home made
    • 1 Tbsp Garlic-minced
    • a Dash of Black Pepper
    • 3 Dashes hot Sauce
    • 1 Batch Pizza or Bread Dough
    • 1/4 Cup Parmesan Garlic butter- Optional

    Directions

    1. In a Pan on Medium heat. Saute Onion and Mushrooms til Tender and all liquid is gone.
    2. Add the cheese whiz, garlic, hot sauce, black pepper, mustard, ketchup, and pickles.
    3. Stir and Remove from heat.
    4. Cool 10 minutes. Preheat oven to 350.
    5. Add the cheddar cheese. mix in.
    6. Divide the dough. 1 oz balls works well. or if you want bigger. make them bigger.
    7. Flatten into disks. Put a tbsp or two of the meat mixture into the center. Brings the edges up and slightly over lap on each other. gently pressing down to deal.
    8. Flip over with Seam facing down on baking sheet.
    9. Brush with Garlic butter.
    10. Bake 15 Minutes
