Cheese And Olive Spread
Ingredients
- 2 tsp chopped sweet onion
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream
- 4 ounce dry beef, chopped
- 1/3 c. stuffed green olives, minced
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Chill for an hour to allow flavors to blend. Serve with crackers or possibly toast points.
- Chefs Notes: Use light cream cheese and lowfat sour cream.
