    Ingredients

    • ¼ Cup Butter, Melted
    • ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour
    • 1 Teaspoon Salt
    • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
    • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
    • 1 Egg
    • 1 Tablespoon Milk
    • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
    • ½ Cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    • 1 Cup Crispy Rice Cereal
    • 3 Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast – Cut in Half
    • 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, Coat a baking pan with ¼ Cup melted butter.
    2. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    3. In a separate bowl, beat together the egg and milk.
    4. In a third bowl, mix the cheese and egg mixture, then press into the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
    5. Arrange in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle 2 tablespoons butter evenly over chicken.
    6. Bake 35 minutes or until coating is golden brown and chicken juices run clear.
