  • Chaing Mai Satay

    Ingredients

    • 2 x Cloves garlic, up to 3
    • 1/2 c. Thai kitchen coconut lowfat milk
    • 1/3 Tbsp. Grnd turmeric
    • 1/2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar or possibly thai kitchen coconut, (palm) sugar
    • 2/3 Tbsp. Thai kitchen fish sauce Beef or possibly chicken breast thinly sliced Bamboo skewers

    Directions

    1. In A Blender, Puree Garlic, Coconut Lowfat milk, Turmeric, Sugar And Fish Sauce.
    2. Skewer Meat And Place In Shallow Dish. Pour Marinade Over Meat And Chill 4-6 Hrs (Or possibly Overnight). Broil, Basting Frequently With Marinade. Use Peanut Satay Sauce On The S Side For Dipping.
    3. Serves 2-3. MM
