  • Ceviche De Pescado Blanco

    Ingredients

    • 1 c. Thinly-sliced whitefish (such as cod, grouper, snapper)
    • 1/2 c. Orange juice
    • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
    • 1 Tbsp. Diced red onion
    • 1 Tbsp. Diced tomato
    • 1 Tbsp. Minced scallions
    • 1 tsp Diced jalapeno
    • 1 Tbsp. Minced cilantro

    Directions

    1. Place the fish in a bowl with 3 Tbsp. of the orange juice and 1 Tbsp. of the lime juice. Set aside and let marinate for 1 hour. Remove fish from juices and place in a different bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients and the remaining fresh orange and lime juice.
    2. This recipe yields 2 servings.
