Ceviche De Pescado Blanco
Ingredients
- 1 c. Thinly-sliced whitefish (such as cod, grouper, snapper)
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Diced red onion
- 1 Tbsp. Diced tomato
- 1 Tbsp. Minced scallions
- 1 tsp Diced jalapeno
- 1 Tbsp. Minced cilantro
Directions
- Place the fish in a bowl with 3 Tbsp. of the orange juice and 1 Tbsp. of the lime juice. Set aside and let marinate for 1 hour. Remove fish from juices and place in a different bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients and the remaining fresh orange and lime juice.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
