Cbls Asian Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients
- Prep/ Cook Time: 20 min
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 can Campbell's(r) Golden brown Mushroom Soup
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 bag (16 ounce.) any frzn vegetable combination, thawed Warm cooked rice
Directions
- HEAT oil in skillet. Add in chicken and stir-fry till browned. Add in soup, soy and garlic. Heat to a boil. Add in vegetables and cook till tender-crisp. Serve over rice.
- Serves 4.
