Cauliflower Roasted with Paprika
This dish has a wonderful, very slightly spicy flavor. The high heat roasting creates a nice sweetness to the Cauliflower and adds a nice color. Definitely serve it hot. It loses some of it's charm when it has cooled down (like cold toast). Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower cored and broken into 1-2 inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1.5 tsp paprika
- Kosher salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450
- Line baking pan with foil
- Spread cauliflower on foil, drizzle with oil and sprinkle paprika. Toss lightly to coat. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Roast about 18-20 minutes turning once.
- Remove when tender an lightly browned.
