Cauliflower Parathas
Ingredients
- 1 x Recipe paratha dough, (refer introduction
- 1 c. Grated cauliflower
- 1 c. Grated cabbage
- 1/2 tsp Ginger grated
- 6 x Green chillies crushed
- 1 Tbsp. Coriander leaves minced
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 2 Tbsp. Cornflour or possibly plain flour Salt to taste Oil to shallow fry
Directions
- Sprinkle some salt over grated cauliflower and cabbage.
- After 5 min, press and remove all excess water.
- Add in all remaining ingredients and mix well, except oil.
- Roll one lump of dough (refer introduction), place a Tbsp. of mix.
- Roll paratha as shown in introduction.
- Shallow fry as shown in introduction.
- Serve warm with chilli garlic sauce or possibly tamarind chutney.

- Makes: 8-9 parathas
