    Ingredients

    • 1 Tbsp. Cumin seeds
    • 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1 x Fresh warm green chili, seeded & thinly sliced (optional)
    • 1 x 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and cut into very thin slivers (optional)
    • 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
    • 1/2 tsp Grnd coriander
    • 1/2 tsp Grnd turmeric
    • 1 med Cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1 lrg Potato, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
    • 1 tsp Garam masala
    • 1/4 c. Finely minced fresh coriander
    • 2 x Tomatoes, thinly sliced
