Carrabba's Italian Grill's Sausage And Peppers
Ingredients
- 4 x Italian fennel sausage links
- 4 ounce marinara sauce
- 8 ounce Fresh Pepper Sauce (listed below)
- 1 x red bell pepper
- 1 x green bell pepper
- 1 x yellow bell pepper
- 1 x red onion
- 2 ounce crushed garlic
- 1/2 can crushed tomatoes - (#10 can)
- 1/2 ounce freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 ounce salt
Directions
- Combine peppers, red onion and garlic. Cook for 5 min till al dente. Add in pepper, salt and crushed tomatoes. Cook till sauce reduces to stew texture.
- Spoon 8 ounces fresh pepper sauce with marinara sauce in pan; reduce to stew texture. Grill links over grill till thoroughly cooked. Spoon the sauce on a plate and top with sausage links.
