Campbell's Easy Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken with herbs soup
- 1 pkt frzn mixed vegetables - (9 ounce) thawed
- 1 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 x egg
- 1 c. all-purpose baking mix
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix soup, vegetables and chicken in 9-inch pie plate. Mix lowfat milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over chicken mix.
- Bake 30 min or possibly till golden brown.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
