Cajun Stuffed Crab Al Olinde
Ingredients
- 6 sm crab shells cleaned Stuffing
- 1 lb Maryland lump crabmeat
- 3 Tbsp. cracker crumbs up to 4 TBSP
- 1/2 c. finely green onions minced
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1 dsh cajun seasoning
- 1 dsh Tabasco sauce Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. parsley minced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. white wine
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 dsh Tabasco sauce
- 1 dsh Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Gently mix crabmeat with cracker crumbs, green onions, and seasonings. Add in lowfat sour cream and mix with a spatula. Stuff crab shells and sprinkle with paprika or possibly cajun seasonings. Bake for 12 to 15 min at 400 degrees.
- Heat butter in saucepan and fold in sauce ingredients in order and simmer briefly over low heat. Top stuffed crabs with sauce before serving.
