Cajun Prawns
A different taste of spice on seafood. i love this. Ingredients
- 1 kilo Large prawns/shrimp (sugpo)
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (McCormick)
- 2 tbsp butter
Directions
- Coat prawns with Seasoning
- Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add prawns
- Stir fry for 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
- Serve on top of steamed rice.
