    Ingredients

    • Cabbage - 1 cup , finely shredded
    • Onions - 1/2 cup , finley shredded
    • Green Chillies - 2 , finely chopped
    • Corinader leaves - 1 table spoon , finely chopped (optional)
    • Mint leaves - 1 table spoon , finely chopped (optional)
    • Whole wheat atta - 2 cups
    • Red chilli powder - 1 table spoon
    • Garam masala - 1/2 table spoon ( I was running out of Garam masala, I used Everest Sabzi Masala instead)
    • Salt - to taste
    • Oil - 1 table spoon + 1/4 cup for drizziling on roti's

    Directions

    1. 1. Take a bowl, mix cabbage, onions, green chillies and greens together with hand.
    2. 2.Now add salt, red chilli powder , garam masala and mix well untill the cabbage leaves water.
    3. 3. Now add atta and rub till it resembles like bread crumbs.
    4. 4. Now add some water , knead the dough till smooth .
    5. 5. Add one table spoon of oil to the dough and mix again , keep aside for half an hour.
    6. 6. Divide the dough to 10 portions... roll out into round and thick rotis.
    7. 7.Heat a pan and cook roti's on a medium flame and brush them with ghee or oil and cook the other side.
    8. 8. Serve hot with some Ketchup or some chillied curd !
