Buttered Mixed Vegetables
An easy and buttery side dish my family love. Ingredients
- 1cup Green Peas
- 1cup Corn kernels
- 1cup Carrots, diced
- 1/2stick Butter
- 1/2cup Water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a hot wok.
- Toss them together.
- Sprinkle with water from time to time to create a steam.
- Do it until veggies are tender to your liking.
- Transfer into a serving bowl.
- Add the stick of butter and let it melt.
- Toss is together until it melted.
- Serve.
