Please everyone at once with a Build-Your-Own Breakfast Waffle Pizza Bar!
Do you ever feel like you’re a short order cook? Sometimes it can drive me absolutely bonkers trying to get the “orders” straight from the three boys (yes, I included my husband).
How do you want your eggs?
Do you want ketchup with that?
Do you want me to cut it up?
Two sausages or just one?
What kind of juice do you want?
Order up!
And then I do it again. Sound familiar? Sometimes in order to take the stress out of a meal, I like to provide options in the form of a bar. Whether it’s a nacho bar, burrito bar, or a pizza bar – EVERYONE is happy when they get to choose exactly what they want – right?
I really, really love this idea of a Waffle Breakfast Pizza Bar. And so did the boys. All three of them :) I just get everything together, set it out and let them have it! It’s always quite cute to watch how excited the boys get when they are in charge of their meal :)
Reece was absolutely squealing with delight when he pulled away from his game long enough to see what I had set up. Made mommy very happy to see that :) Also made mommy happy to see him help Bryce out with his Breakfast Pizza.
I made all our favorites – sausage, bacon, ham, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and two different kinds of Eggo waffles. I used the Thick & Fluffy for our “deep-dish breakfast pizzas and Homestyle waffles for “thin-crust” :) Gotta have options!
I’ve had so much fun with all of the waffle recipes I’ve shared but I’m thinking maybe I saved the best for last :)
