Brown Sugar Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 3 stk butter
- 1 lb Light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Granulated sugar
- 5 x Large eggs
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Minced nuts
Directions
- Cream butter and sugars thoroughly. Add in Large eggs 1 at a time, beating at medium speed. Add in flavoring. Sift dry ingredients together. Add in to creamed mix alternately with lowfat milk. Mix well. Place in well greased tube pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 min.
