Broiled Flank Steak with a Horseradish Cream Sauce
Great cut of beef for a nice family meal. Makes great leftovers-sandwiches. Ingredients
- 5 pounds Beef Flank Steak (I but from my Meat/Butcher Market)
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- one tablespoons Black Pepper
- one teaspoon garlic salt
- one teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoons prepared horseradish, optional
- 2 tablespoons sour cream, optional
- squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- one teaspoon fresh chopped chives
Directions
- Season your cut of beef both sides, place on a rimmed baking sheet pan under your broiler (broil to your desired doneness)
- Remove from oven allow to rest (to redistribute juices) cut on the bias (against the grain) in thick slices
- Serve with optional Horseradish Cream Sauce
