Brocolli Souffle
Ingredients
- I head Brocolli
- 1 can healthy request cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
Directions
- Cook brocolli half done
- place florets in casserole dish
- stir soup over heat, add cheese to melt
- In seperate bowl combing milk, mayo, and egg
- mix well and add to soup mixture
- pour over brocolli
- sprinkle cracker crumbs over top
- Bake 350 for 45 minutes
