Broccoli & Quinoa Patties w/ Creamy Dill Sauce

- 1 head (2 cups) broccoli (steamed and softened, but retaining a bit of bite)
- ½ cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Ener-G Eggs, (1 T powder, 4 T water)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

- For the sauce
- 1 tablespoon earth balance
- ¼ cup of finely chopped shallots
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1.5 cups vegetable broth
- 1 large bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped, reserve more dill for garnish Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
