Broccoli Chedder Stuffed Potato
Ingredients
- 10 ounce Idaho potatoes
- 1/2 c. Broccoli -- steamed and Minced
- 1 Tbsp. Nonfat lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 ounce Lowfat cheddar cheese -- Shredded
Directions
- In small bowl, combine potato flesh, broccoli and lowfat sour cream. Sprinkle withcheese and bake and 375 for 15 min or possibly till heated.
