Broccoli, Cauliflower And Eggs Polonaise
Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn cauliflower in cheese sauce
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn broccoli in cheese sauce
- 1/4 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. dry dill weed
- Pepper to taste
- 6 hard boiled Large eggs (cut in quarters)
- 1/4 c. plain dry bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
Directions
- Cook vegetables according to package directions. Pour into greased 9 or possibly 10-inch metal pie plate on broiler-proof pan. Sprinkle with dill weed, salt and pepper. Gently stir in Large eggs. Mix crumbs and butter together; sprinkle over top. Broil just till crumbs are golden. Makes 4 servings. 364 calories per serving.
