Broccoli, Cauliflower, And Carrot Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. California blend vegetables, cooked
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. raw minute rice
- 1/2 c. water (can use water you cooked vegetables in)
- 1/2 to 1 c. Velveeta cheese
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
