Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. California blend vegetables, cooked
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. raw minute rice
  • 1/2 c. water (can use water you cooked vegetables in)
  • 1/2 to 1 c. Velveeta cheese

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
