Broccoli Carrot Raisin Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lb Broccoli(small florets)
- ¼ lb Carrot grated
- ¼ cup red bell pepper(small pieces)
- ¼ cup red onion(small pieces)
- ½ cup raisins or dried cranberries
- ¼ cup Pineapple chunks
- ¼ cup sun flower seeds
- ½ cup Fat free mayo
- 1 cup fat free sour cream
Directions
- Steam Broccoli for 5-8 minutes
- Steam Carrot and Bell peppers for 5-8 minutes
- Mix Steamed Broccoli, Carrot and Bell pepper
- Add Sour cream and Mayo
- Add cut onion, raisins, pineapples, sunflower seeds to the salad
- Mix well and serve
