Broccoli And Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 pkg. minced broccoli, cooked and liquid removed or possibly 2 head of broccoli minced, cooked and liquid removed
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese, divided
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- 1. Mix together cooked rice and broccoli.
- 2. Heat soup, lowfat milk and 1/2 lb. cheese together till cheese melts. Stir often.
- 3. Combine all ingredients together and spread in large pan or possibly casserole dish.
- 4. Cover with 1/2 lb. cheese, sliced
- 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly freeze and bake later.
