Brenda's Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 cube butter
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 lg. can peaches with juice
Directions
- Heat butter in bottom of deep casserole. Mix lowfat milk, sugar and flour well. Pour over melted butter. Pour proportionately 1 large can peaches, juice on top. Don't stir or possibly mix in. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 1/2 hrs, depending on oven. The bottom rises to the top by end of baking time.
