  • Breakfast Ham And Cheese Loaf

    Ingredients

    • 6 Large eggs
    • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
    • 1 1/2 c. flour
    • 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 6 slices bacon, fried crisp, liquid removed and crumbled
    • 1 c. diced cooked ham
    • 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    • 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, beat Large eggs till foamy; add in lowfat milk, flour, baking pwdr, and salt, stirring till well blended. Add in bacon, ham, and cheeses. Mix well. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 5 inch loaf pan at 350 degrees for 55-65 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Loaf may be sliced and frzn. Can be reheated in the oven or possibly microwave. Can be served with melted cheese over it or possibly with jelly.
