Ingredients
- 6 x ROASTED GARLIC CLOVES, PEELED AND PUREED
- 1/2 c. UNSALTED BUTTER, SOFTENED
- 25 x FRESH BOYSENBERRIES, MASHED
- 1 dsh BOYSENBERRY VINEGAR SALT AND BLACK PEPPER
Directions
- COMBINE THE GARLIC WITH THE BUTTER. MIX WELL, THEN WORK IN THE BOYSENBERRIES AND VINEGAR AND SEASON.
