Bourbon Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 lb chicken thigh,skinless, boneless - cut in 1" cubes
- 4 ounce soy sauce
- 4 ounce bourbon
- 4 clv garlic (or possibly more) -- pressed
- 2 x pcs fresh ginger -- grated
- 2 ounce extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
Directions
- Chicken- Usually legs or possibly thighs, however any part will do.
- Mix marinade. Spread chicken in a single layer in a shallow pan and cover with marinade. The longer it marinates, the better the flavor. Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 45 minutes. It can be grilled or possibly broiled.
