Boiled Parsley Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 med Potatoes, peeled & quartered Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. Finely minced parsley
Directions
- 1. Place potatoes in water to cover in a deep, 2-qt, heat- resistant, non-metallic casserole.
- 2. Add in salt and heat, covered, in Microwave Oven, 20 min or possibly till fork-tender, Drain.
- 3. Add in butter and parsley.
- 4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven, 2 min, Toss to combine thoroughly.
