    Continuing to utilize the Puff Pastry dough we made the other day, I have for you a Blueberry Tart! Once you make this, it will open your eyes to the endless possibilities and substitutions you can make to this recipe. I decided to just go with Blueberries, but you can easily replace the berries, or add to them and make a mixed berry tart. The reason I’m showcasing this recipe is to really emphasize the ease of creating something on a whim, just using dough that you have already made. Once you stock your freezer up with a few basic doughs, you can bake something on the fly anytime!


    • Puff Pastry Dough
    • 1 Egg
    • 1-2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
    • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
    • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
    • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    • 3 tablespoons Confectioners’ Sugar
    • 2 cups Blueberries (or berries of your choice)
