Blueberry Cream Lemon Jello Mold
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 c. warm water
- Small can crushed pineapple
- Walnuts
- 8 ounce pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. half & half
- 1 pkg. black raspberry Jello
- 1 c. warm water
- 15 ounce can blueberry pie filling
Directions
- Mix Jello, water and pineapple (don't drain). Put in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with nuts over the top. Let set up in refrigerator.
- Whip together and spread over hardened lemon mix.
- Mix Jello, water and blueberry filling (don't drain). Let set awhile in the refrigerator to thicken but not molded. Spoon mix over lemon, nut and cream mix. Refrigerate the whole thing.
